We are Bespoke by Kim a company under the laws of England and Wales whose registered office is at Upper Basildon, Berkshire, RG8, England, United Kingdom (“Bespoke by Kim“ “we”, “our” or “us”).

This agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, sets out the terms and conditions upon which we, Bespoke by Kim do business.

By registering as a user, you are indicating that:

  • You have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
  • If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you must immediately cancel your registration and stop all use of our site.

Alternatively, if you and we have agreed in writing on a separate set of terms and conditions, such separate terms and conditions will apply in place of these.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Products & Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.


1. Product Information

We aim to have all of our product descriptions, images and pricing to be as accurate as possible, however there may be occasions where there may be errors and we reserve the right to change or amend these errors at our discretion and we also reserve the right to cancel any orders placed while these errors were in place. Unless specified, we offer no warranty or guarantee for our products.

In the even that we are unable to fulfil an order, we will issue you a full refund of the purchase price of the product. We will always endeavour to contact you in the event we cannot fulfil your order.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required when you place an order, we will not provide any goods until payment has been received. In the case where payment does not clear, we reserve the right to cancel the order completely.

Orders placed through this website are paid through Paypal with a credit or debit card. You do not need a Paypal account to buy something through this website. We also accept payments through online bank transfers.

Please contact us should you wish to use an alternate method of payment.

3. Bespoke Jewellery

When you order a piece of bespoke jewellery from us, we will explain the terms relating to our bespoke jewellery at the time of placing your order. But we have included a brief summery below:

  • A 40% non-refundable deposit is required when you sign off the design and place the order.
  • The remaining 60% will be required upon completion of the piece, until this final payment has been made, the piece remains the property of Bespoke by Kim.
  • All bespoke designs, renderings and product images remain the intellectual property of Bespoke by Kim.
  • Bespoke or personalised Jewellery is non returnable / refundable, unless the item is faulty – should you not be satisfied with and item or feel it does not reflect the agreed design, then we will take on such required alterations to ensure you receive a product that you are happy with / is reflective of the agreed design.  Our aim is to delight, and we will do all within our power to achieve this.

4. Delivery Terms

We offer Royal Mail Special Delivery shipping on all of our orders in the UK, this a free for orders over £200. Collection is not available unless pre-authorised. Shipping outside of the UK will be quoted at the time of purchase.  The delivery party used will be entirely at the discretion of Bespoke by Kim.

5. Right to cancel

Order not dispatched

If we have not yet dispatched your order and you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately as we can quickly and easily issue you a full refund of the purchase price.

Returning an order

If you have received your order and would like to return it to us, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, stating that you would like to return the order. Please ensure that your order must remain unused and returned in its original packaging adn condition. Earings cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. We do strongly recommend that you use a tracked service to return your order to help ensure that it makes its way back to us. Please include a copy of your invoice when returning an order as this helps speed up the process, refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receiving the order back after it has been checked over.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

6. Disclaimer of liability

In the event of product failure, Bespoke by Kim, its owners and staff will not be held responsible for in the event of any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, content, logos, product descriptions and website design are the intellectual property of Bespoke by Kim. Unless we have granted you permission, no intellectual property of Bespoke by Kim including our website is to be used for commercial gain.

We provide external links throughout our site, to provide a greater user experience for our visitors. While we do take steps to ensure that the links provide you with quality, it should be noted that the links, and the related content, are outside of the control of the ecommerce store owner and usage should be at the user’s own risk.
